Finance and Planning Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Planning Manager to lead and oversee the organization's finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, compliance, reporting, taxation, and treasury management while ensuring effective financial controls and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, accounting, reporting, and internal controls.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and working capital requirements.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic financial insights.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Corporate Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with government authorities.
• Strengthen financial control frameworks and risk management processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
