Job Description
We are looking for a Senior executive sales - Malayalam who handles
inbound and outbound calls to inform customers about products, resolve queries,
generate leads, and set appointments in Malayalam. Key duties involve clear
communication, maintaining customer records, and achieving sales targets. The
role requires proficiency in Malayalam, basic English, and strong negotiation
skills.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Customer
Interaction: Handle
inbound and outbound calls in Malayalam, address inquiries, and resolve
complaints.
- Sales
& Lead Generation: Introduce company products/services,
generate leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Data
Management: Update
customer details and maintain accurate call records in CRM systems.
- Goal
Tracking: Meet
daily and monthly call volume and sales volume.
Requirements:
- Languages: Native-level fluency
in Malayalam (speaking, reading, and writing) and basic English.
- Skills: Strong communication,
active listening, and persuasion skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in
telesales or customer support is preferred, but many roles are open to
freshers.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of computers
and MS Office.
