We are hiring Sales Officers – Gold Loan to source new customers from the open market and convert leads for gold loan business. The role involves field sales, customer interaction, and coordination with branch teams. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and experienced sales professionals who are enthusiastic about building a career in the banking & finance sector. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through open market & field activities Follow up and convert leads into gold loan customers Coordinate with branch staff for smooth onboarding Meet daily and monthly sales targets Maintain daily sales reports (DSR) Educate customers about gold loan schemes, interest, and renewals Eligibility Criteria Education: Any Graduate / MBA Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years of sales / gold loan experience Age: 22 – 35 years Strong communication and convincing skills Willingness to work in field sales Skills Required Sales & marketing skills Customer handling & relationship management Lead generation & conversion Product knowledge & objection handling
