Job Title: CNC Turning Operator / Setter

Experience: Freshers -  4 Years
Location: Coimbatore

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Turning Operator / Setter with a minimum 1 year of hands-on experience to operate and set CNC turning machines efficiently while ensuring quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Turning (Lathe) machines
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
• Perform tool setting, offset setting, and job setting
• Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy
• Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.)
• Identify and rectify minor machining issues
• Maintain proper documentation and production records
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality team to meet production targets

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant qualification
• Minimum 1+ year experience as CNC Turning Operator / Setter
• Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls (preferred)
• Basic understanding of cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters
• Ability to work in shifts and meet deadlines
