Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer (Electronics) to assist in the design, testing, production, and maintenance of electronic systems and components. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in electronics engineering within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the design, development, and testing of electronic circuits and systems.
• Support assembly, and debugging activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams on product development and testing.
• Perform routine testing and maintenance of electronic devices and systems.
• Document technical processes, test results, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist in failure analysis.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and company quality protocols.
• Support production teams with technical issues related to electronic components.
• Participate in prototype development and new product introductions (NPI).
• Maintain equipment calibration and ESD safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in electronics-related roles .
• Basic knowledge of analog/digital electronics, microcontrollers, sensors, and power supplies.
• Familiarity with tools like Multisim, Altium, Eagle, MATLAB, or similar.
• Understanding of soldering, and basic testing tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.).
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Exposure to embedded systems or firmware basics (e.g., C, C++).
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (Arduino, STM32, etc.).
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards (ISO, CE, RoHS, etc.).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical role.
