Job Title:Content Creator & Editor(Photo & Video)

Location: Coimbatore / Hybrid

Experience: 1–3 years

Type: Full-Time

Salary ;25k to 50k(Negotiable for the right candidate)

About the Role;

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Content Creator & Editor to support our social media and performance marketing efforts.

Most content will be created using our existing photo and video bank, with occasional founder shoots and fresh content creation.

Content strategy and copywriting will be handled separately.

Your role is to transform briefs and existing assets into high-performing creatives for social media and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities;

Video Editing (Primary Focus);

•Create Reels, Meta ad creatives and short-form videos using our existing video and image library.

•Produce multiple creative variations for performance marketing.

•Add captions, music, transitions and basic motion effects.

•Repurpose existing content into new formats and hooks.

AI-Assisted Content Creation

•Use AI tools to enhance productivity and generate creative variations.

•Create static and video ads using existing assets and AI-assisted workflows.

•Stay updated with emerging AI tools and content trends.

Content Shooting;

•Independently shoot founder videos, testimonials and simple product content using a smartphone or camera.

•Support content days and campaign shoots when required.

Static Creatives;

•Create social posts, carousels, banners and ad creatives.

•Edit and retouch product and lifestyle images.

•Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms.

Skills Required;

Must Have;

•Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve

•Adobe Photoshop and Canva

•Basic shooting skills using a smartphone or camera

•Understanding of Instagram Reels and Meta ad formats

•Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and editing

•Good spoken and written English for understanding briefs and collaborating with the team

•Strong visual sense and attention to detail

Good to Have;

•Experience with beauty, wellness or D2C brands

•Knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics

•Understanding of performance marketing creatives

Who You Are

•1–3 years of experience in content creation, video editing or graphic design.

•Comfortable working with existing asset libraries to create large volumes of content.

•Curious and excited about using AI tools to improve speed and creativity.

•Able to manage multiple projects and quick turnaround timelines.

•Willing to learn and wear multiple hats.
