Job Title–Civil Site Engineer

Experience - 3–4 Years

Location - Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type - Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day

construction activities, ensure quality execution, coordinate with consultants and contractors,

and deliver projects on time while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities;

Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, contractors, and vendors.

Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings before execution.

Monitor quality of materials, workmanship, and construction processes.

Prepare daily progress reports, site logs, and weekly status updates.

Measure work completed and verify contractor bills and subcontractor invoices.

Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate with the design team for clarifications.

Manage material planning, inventory, and site resource utilization.

Ensure compliance with local building regulations and quality standards.

Assist in project handover, snag rectification, and preparation of as-built documentation.

Required Qualifications;

B.E./ B. Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

3–4 years of experience in residential, commercial, or villa construction projects.

Strong understanding of RCC, finishing works, and site execution.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.

Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices.

Preferred Experience;

Experience in real estate or residential villa projects.

Familiarity with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.

Experience in coordinating multiple contractors and consultants.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Good analytical and decision-making abilities.

Willingness to travel between project sites if required.

Salary;40,000 – 60,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
