Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Senior 3D Visualization &

Rendering Expert to produce world-class architectural visualizations for luxury villas,

premium apartments, plotted communities, commercial developments, and high-rise

projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, lighting, composition, and

realism, along with the technical expertise to transform architectural concepts into

compelling marketing visuals.

Key Responsibilities

3D Modelling;

Develop highly accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, CAD files, and SketchUp/Revit models.

Model buildings, interiors, landscapes, streetscapes, and site elements with precision.

Maintain organized project files and reusable asset libraries.

Architectural Visualization;

Produce ultra-photorealistic exterior and interior renderings.

Create luxury lifestyle visuals that communicate design intent and enhance project marketing.

Develop day, dusk, and night views with realistic lighting and atmosphere.

Prepare high-quality images for brochures, websites, billboards, social media, and investor presentations.

Animation & Walkthroughs;

Create cinematic walkthroughs and aerial flythrough animations.

Develop engaging presentation videos highlighting project features and amenities.

Optimize animation quality while maintaining efficient rendering times.

Design Collaboration;

Work closely with architects, interior designers, project managers, and the marketing team.

Interpret architectural concepts and suggest visualization improvements.

Incorporate revisions promptly while maintaining quality standards.

Rendering & Post Production;

Apply realistic materials, textures, vegetation, lighting, and environmental effects.

Perform advanced post-production using Photoshop to achieve premium-quality outputs.

Ensure consistency in branding, color grading, and presentation style.

Innovation;

Explore AI-assisted visualization workflows and emerging rendering technologies.

Continuously improve rendering quality, speed, and production efficiency.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering,Animation, or a related discipline.

 4–6 years of experience in architectural visualization.

 Strong portfolio demonstrating premium residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

Compensation

Salary:30,000–50,000 per month (depending on experience and portfolio).
