Any Engineering Degree with sales experience
Experience – 1–5 Years(Preferred Solar Field Experience)
Salary – Not a constraint for the right candidate
JobSummary;
Responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle for solar energy solutions, from lead generation to closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
KeyResponsibilities
Identify and follow upon leads through various channels like networking,referrals, and online inquiries.
Meet with potential customers to under stand their energy needs,educatethemon the benefits of solar power and answer questions.
Conduct on-site surveys to evaluate feasibility, gather technical information for solar installations.
Negotiate contracts,handle objections and close deals to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure a seamless project from sales to completion.
Build and aintain strong customer relationships,providing after-sales support and generating referrals.
Track sales activities and report progress to Head Sales.
Stay updated on the latest solarindustry trends,technologies,government policies, subsidies and financing options.
RequiredSkills;
Proven sales experience skills
Basic understanding of solar products,systems and basic electrical principles.
Excellent communication,negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
