Job Summary

The Accounts & Finance Head will oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring accurate accounting, compliance, financial planning,

and strategic decision-making. This role is critical in managing project finances, cash flow, and regulatory compliance specific to the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the accounts and finance department 

•Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for projects 

•Monitor cash flow, fund management, and project-wise financial tracking 

•Ensure timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) 

•Handle taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and ensure compliance with statutory regulations 

•Manage audits (internal & external) and liaise with auditors 

•Ensure compliance with RERA, banking, and legal financial requirements 

•Track project costing, profitability, and ROI analysis 

•Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for funding and loan management 

•Implement financial controls and risk management strategies 

•Supervise accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments 

•Provide MIS reports and financial insights to top management 

Key Skills & Competencies

•Strong knowledge of real estate financial management 

•Expertise in taxation (GST, TDS) and statutory compliance 

•Financial planning & analysis (FP&A) 

•Cash flow and fund management expertise 

•Leadership and team management skills 

•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 

•Attention to detail and high level of accuracy 

Qualifications

•CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) 

•Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting 

•Strong experience in real estate or construction industry 

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

•Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting 

•Cash flow management efficiency 

•Compliance adherence (zero penalties) 

•Project profitability and cost control 

•Audit performance and financial transparency 

Preferred Experience

•Experience in handling multiple real estate projects simultaneously 

•Knowledge of RERA compliance and project funding structures 

•Experience in ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.)
