Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Australian Mortgage Process

Executive with 3–5 years of relevant experience in handling mortgage operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Australian lending processes,

documentation, and mortgage software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

 Perform bank serviceability calculations as per Australian lending guidelines.

 Coordinate and manage property valuations with lenders and valuation firms.

 Prepare and review loan documentation accurately and within timelines.

 Complete and submit bank application forms ensuring compliance with

lender requirements.

 Liaise with brokers, lenders, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing.

 Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.

 Maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates.

Required Skills:

 3–5 years of experience in Australian Mortgage / Home Loan Processing.

 Strong understanding of bank serviceability calculators and lending

criteria.

 Hands-on experience in valuations, loan documentation, and bank forms.

 Proficiency in Mercury Nexus and Property Hub software is mandatory.

 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Good communication and coordination abilities.
