Position: HR Analyst

Role Overview
The HR Analyst is responsible for supporting the Human Resources function through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
The role focuses on transforming HR data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across talent acquisition,
workforce planning, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and the continuous improvement of HR processes
through analytics and system utilization.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Data Analysis & Reporting;
•Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to recruitment, attrition, headcount, employee performance, and workforce trends.
•Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making.
•Monitor key HR metrics such as time-to-hire, turnover rate, recruitment pipeline performance, and workforce productivity.
•Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual HR analytics reports to senior management.
2.HR Systems & Data Management;
•Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee data within HRIS/HCM systems.
•Support system improvements and automation initiatives across HR platforms.
•Ensure data integrity and compliance with HR governance standards.
•Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and integrations when required.
3.Workforce Planning & Talent Analytics;
•Support workforce planning by analyzing hiring trends and future resource requirements.
•Provide insights into recruitment effectiveness, talent pipeline health, and staffing gaps.
•Partner with the recruitment team to analyze hiring performance metrics and sourcing effectiveness.
4.HR Process Improvement;
•Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and data insights.
•Support the development of HR policies and procedures based on analytical findings.
•Assist in improving HR reporting frameworks and documentation standards.
6.Compliance & Governance;
•Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
•Support HR audits and compliance reporting._
Qualifications;
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
•Certification in HR Analytics or HRIS is an advantage
Experience
•2–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or HR reporting roles
•Experience working with HRIS/HCM systems (e.g., Any HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM)
