Reports To AGM HR Operations & Head Human Resources
Experience 7 TO 10 Years – End to End HR Generalist
Communication Level Tamil/ English /(Hindi – will be a added advantage)
Qualification MBA / MSW or Any Degree
Budget 85,000 CTC / Month.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Deputy Manager – HR (End-to-End HR Generalist) will be responsible for managing the complete HR
lifecycle with a strong focus on blue-collar recruitment, bulk and volume hiring, statutory compliance, payroll,
time office, and employee engagement. The role requires hands-on experience in managing large workforce
operations in manufacturing or similar labour-intensive environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning;
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Strong exposure to bulk hiring, volume hiring, and regional hiring.
Conduct and coordinate boot camps, job fairs, and campus recruitment drives.
Liaise with local consultants, ITIs, colleges, and manpower agencies.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per manpower plan.
Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring metrics.
2.Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws;
Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements including:
PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus
Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act
Contract Labour Act and related labour compliances
Coordinate with auditors and government authorities.
Handle inspections, notices, and statutory documentation.
3. Payroll & Time Office Management;
Oversee payroll processing for permanent employees, trainees, and contract workers.
Manage time office operations, attendance, shifts, OT, and leave records.
Coordinate with payroll vendors and ensure accurate salary disbursement.
Resolve payroll-related employee queries and discrepancies.
4.Employee Engagement & Industrial Relations;
Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Maintain healthy industrial relations at the unit level.
Support initiatives related to employee communication and motivation.
5.Performance Management & OD;
Support and execute Performance Management System (PMS) cycles.
Assist in organizational development (OD) initiatives.
Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
Support HR process improvements and policy implementation.
6.HR Operations & Administration;
Manage on boarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation.
Support audits and internal HR reviews.
Act as a single point of contact for unit-level HR operations.
