Job Title:IT Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Business Development
Role Objective;
We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Executive who can actively identify,
engage, and convert potential clients into long-term business relationships.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT and digital
solutions and the ability to confidently pitch and close deals.
This role is focused on revenue generation, client acquisition, and solutionbased selling across services like web development, CRM systems, digital
marketing, and custom software.
What We Are Looking For (Candidate Profile);
We are specifically looking for candidates who:
Have proven experience in IT / software / digital marketing sales Are confident in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals
Can understand client requirements and translate them into IT solutions Are target-driven and performance-oriented Have strong communication, presentation,
and negotiation skills Can work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities (What They Will Be Evaluated On);
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and networking
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
Interview focus: Ask candidates how they generate leads and handle rejection
Client Consultation & Solution Selling;
Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable IT solutions
Present services like websites, CRM systems, digital marketing, and software
Interview focus: Give real scenarios and assess how they pitch solutions
Sales Conversion & Closing;
Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Interview focus: Ask about past closing experiences and success rates
Relationship Management;
Build long-term client relationships for repeat business
Ensure client satisfaction and coordination with internal teams
Interview focus: Check communication skills and client-handling approach
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with technical teams for project delivery
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
Interview focus: Evaluate organizational and follow-up skills
Required Skills & Experience;
Must-Have
[Will be evaluated in interview] years of experience in IT sales / software
sales / digital marketing sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good
understanding of:
Web development & mobile apps CRM systems
Digital marketing services (SEO, ads, social media)
Ability to explain technical services in simple business terms
