Job Description: Understanding

Postings in job portals, networking sites, blogs, groups, etc. Profile search
and sourcing in portals, networking sites, groups etc. Initial phone screening,
short-listing profiles, scheduling them for client interviews. Negotiating
& help clients in finalizing offers and regular follow-up with selected
candidates till joining. Generating and presenting recruitment MIS. Get trained
in following areas: Networking Skills, Cold Calling, Internet Research, Talent
Mapping, Candidate Engagement, Client-Candidate Relationship Management.
